The Energy Manage story so far
With over 20 years of frontline experience, our team are experienced advice workers that are united by one belief – that everyone deserves support, dignity and understanding during difficult times.
Founded from a shared passion for helping people through crisis, Energy Manage was born in 2020 and officially launched three years later. Since then, we have become a compassionate and reliable source of support for households facing fuel poverty, financial hardship and vulnerability within communities across Surrey, East Hampshire, and Chichester.
Our strength comes from being deeply embedded within local communities.
We work openly, honestly, and collaboratively alongside trusted partners including foodbanks, housing associations, local councils, wellbeing services, community centres and other charities to ensure people can access the help they need.
Our specialist staff are trained in safeguarding, domestic abuse support, energy advice, counselling, and mental health awareness and every conversation is led with empathy, respect and without judgement.
At Energy Manage, we believe support should feel human. We take a person-centred approach that empowers people to regain confidence, better manage their energy use and move forward with greater stability and hope.
